What is the Security Question and Answer? |

The security question and answer are given by you, the employer,
as a way for us to verify who it is we are corresponding with.
For example, you may set your security question to be, "What is my
dog's name?" and the answer to be, "Bow Wow." So, to verify your
identity we would ask you, "What is your dog's name?" and we would
expect and only accept, "Bow Wow" as the answer.
